I am not taking any new referrals and I do not keep a wait list.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Oregon (OR1997). I received my undergraduate education at University of Portland in 1999, graduating with Honors in Psychology. I spent 4+ years working as an ABA therapist for children with autism, before returning to graduate school.

I completed my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University School of Professional Psychology in 2008. At the same time I completed a two-year predoctoral neuropsychology externship in the Hematology/Oncology department of Doernbecher Children's Hospital. I completed my predoctoral internship at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Pediatrics, in the Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and Pediatric Psychology departments. This included rotations in the FASD, ADHD, OCD/PANDAS, and neuropsychology clinics.

After finishing my doctoral degree, I completed a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington Autism Center. I also completed a one-year LEND fellowship (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) through UW.

I am out of network for all other insurances, but am able to provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance to request reimbursement yourself.

My office is located in Multnomah Village in the historic Nelson Thomas building, above Marco's Cafe, in Suite 3 (Coriolis).

**Please note that that the path to my office has 22 steps and is not ADA accessible.

Autism Spectrum Disorder

I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for youth ages 12 months to 18 years. These evaluations typically  2 to 4 visits and include a formal feedback and written report with recommendations.  My evaluations follow a high standard of care, including a comprehensive interview, observation, emotional/behavioral/adaptive evaluation, and the ADOS-2 or MIGDAS-2. I have extensive experience and training evaluating gender diverse youth and dedicate a portion of my CE training to this population every year.

ADHD

I provide evaluations for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. These evaluations typically take 2 visits, including formal feedback and report with recommendations

Learning disorders/IQ testing

I provide diagnostic evaluations for learning disorders in mathematics, reading, and written expression. Time required for these evaluations vary depending upon the specific referral question.

I am also able to assess cognitive strengths/giftedness and weaknesses using the Wechsler intellectual tests. This typically takes a single visit lasting 2 to 3 hours.

I am in network with Pacificsource and Pacificsource Community Solutions (OHP), and out of network for all other insurances, but am able to provide you with a superbill with which your insurance may reimburse you, depending upon your benefits.
