I am in network with Pacificsource and out of network for all other insurances.

For out of network private pay, I charge a flat rate that covers all clinical services related to the evaluation including interview, record review, communication with providers and other collaterals, testing/scoring, interpretation, written report, and feedback/results meeting. I provide diagnoses and recommendations in my report and feedback. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit yourself to your insurance to request reimbursement.

As my contribution to reparations, I offer free or discounted evaluations to anyone of

Native American/Indigenous heritage and/or a descendent of American slavery

Autism Spectrum Disorders

I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for youth ages 12 months to 4 years. These evaluations typically take 1 to 3 visits, including a formal report with recommendations.

County Contracts

I currently contract with Washington and Clackamas Division of Developmental Disabilities programs to provide psychological testing to aid in eligibility. These referrals are arranged through the county DD office.

Other

I fit in private direct referrals from a very small handful of providers who are known to me. These clients may range in age from ages 1 to 17 with referral questions for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, IQ, or other diagnostic questions. I have extensive experience and training evaluating gender diverse youth and dedicate a portion of my CE training to this population every year.
